Land use law involves regulatory issues pertaining to or limiting the development of real property, such as comprehensive plans, zoning regulations, land development codes, and other similar restrictions. Toward that end, our attorneys represent development interests in seeking to achieve their development entitlements. This involves matters pertaining to property rights, real estate, land use matters, environmental matters, and state and local government law with special emphasis on government relations. Our attorneys are experienced in representing clients in administrative proceedings and hearings before federal, state and local agencies, as well as land use litigation and real estate (ad valorem) tax disputes.
